Sir Remington Ton — or Remi — may not be a horse, but he’s every bit a star in his own right. This 5-year-old Charcoal Lab is part of Emilee Chilldres’ family from Roadshow Morgans, and he’s just as much a part of the barn life as any of the horses.
Remi was supposed to be a barn dog, but he quickly claimed his spot as family. He’s loyal, goofy, and endlessly loved. While Emilee couldn’t name just one favorite memory, it’s clear that every day with Remi is full of laughter, love, and snuggles.
When he’s not keeping an eye on the horses, Remi’s surrounded by his ever-growing collection of squishmallows — over 22 and counting! He’s proof that every good barn needs a great dog, and he’s the heart of Emilee’s world outside the ring.
The Chilldres family has always had both horses and Labs, so it’s no surprise Remi fits right in. He’s not just a pet — he’s family.

Portraits for Charity was an idea Karinda dreamt up to help give back to families impacted by Childhood Cancer in memory of her husband’s sister Jessica. With the help of the Pin Oak Charity Horse Show family, Karinda has raised over $30,000 for Candlelighter’s Houston since starting this project.
