Hank, known as “State Hill” in the show ring, is a 15 year old Holsteiner gelding who lives at Pine Hollow Farm in New Caney, TX. Hank is incredibly handsome, and with his adorable puppy dog personality he is one horse that you instantly fall in love with when you meet him.

Sally & Hank compete in the Hunters and have had an incredibly successful time together in the show ring, he even took Sally into her first Derby Finals. Sally loves how he helps her feel brave and confident in the show ring.

Hank is super sweet and a little quirky, he is a cribber and will crib on anything, even his rider while he is waiting for the job. He is normally super lazy, but every once in a while he goes wild and lets out a little squeal. He is such a puppy dog, that he actually had to have his cookie privileges revoked because he would beg all of the time for cookies.

Oh, and I can’t forget to mention his adorable little ears that have the perfect hooks on them, and that his stripe extends all the way down onto his lower lip! I had to work hard to get the perfect picture of his adorable little lip…mainly because he really just wanted me to give him all of the snuggles instead of take pictures of him.
