Lux, Lurifax, is Madeline’s hunter. You may have seen Madeline’s other horse Leo at Twisted Oak Farm on the blog earlier this month. I took Madeline’s senior portraits and we wrapped up her portrait session with Black Background Portraits of both of her horses.

Almost all of my clients choose to add on Black Background Portraits to their session, because they truly want the timeless and classic portraits of their horse to display in their home, or in this case, to have a striking portrait of their horse to take with them to college.
One of my favorite parts of Black Background portraits is getting to show off each horse’s features. I knew that I had to show off Lux’s gorgeous neck and his distinctive ears. Does your horse have any special or distinctive features that you love? Drop a comment on this post and tell me what your favorite features is of your horse.
