Kryptonite, Clark, is a 15-year-old Thoroughbred Gelding. He lives at Little Bay Farm in Magnolia, TX.

Ever wonder if there’s that one horse that’s your soulmate? Or if there’s one out there that exists? Well, there is! And for Kristin, Clark is her soulmate. More specifically, her heart horse. She bought him when he was 4-years-old and they have been together ever since. Clark had a rough few years after Kristin bought him, but with patience, they became an unstoppable team.
The pair learned jumpers together and they were just starting to win in the 1.20 AO jumpers when Clark got hurt. He never came back from his injury, which was obviously devastating to her. “We had an understanding that I will never be able to replicate with another horse, and he will be with me forever.”
Although he is retired due to an injury, Clark still lives the life! Clark lives in a beautiful pasture and still enjoys his blueberry doughnuts once a week coupled with an abundance of love and treats.
Clark is the ultimate in quirky, there are certain things we knew to just not do around him. He hates tractors with a vengeance but is the bravest horse I know. He was the ultimate in loving his job, he used to get mad when he couldn’t go in the ring fast enough. He is also incredibly smart and a pleasure.
