I photographed Linda with her two horses Dillon & Theo at Tara Royal Equestrian Center in McKinney,TX last year. Can I just point out how adorable these three are together?! We opted for a sunrise session, as I knew the light at Tara Royal was just beautiful in the morning and it didn’t disappoint. Dillon & Theo are lucky to have found Linda to love them forever, truly Linda is so incredibly patient and kind to these two boys who each have their own quirky personalities. Linda just enjoys riding her ponies, but after spending the morning with her I really do think that one of her favorite things about being a horse mom is all of the snuggles give to her.

Seattle Marker, Theo, is a Gelding. He lives in Lucas, TX, where the pair train with Jennifer Jones at Tara Royal Equestrian Center. Theo loves giving kisses! Theo is semi-retired and the pair enjoy just pleasure riding. Linda also owns a 9-year-old Freisan/ quarter horse cross named Dillon. Dillon loves to give hugs. Dillon is currently in dressage training, but Linda’s goals with him are pleasure riding.

Linda describes both of her horses as very sweet and attentive. They both love to watch her at the barn, and Theo likes to call out to her if she’s ignoring him. “When I go out to bring them in, from each of their pastures, they know I’m coming and will hurry to the gate for me.”
