Meet Voodoo, he is a German Shepherd who recently just turned 2 years old. Voodoo is owned and madly adored by his mom and dad, Sharon and Nate. We photographed many of Sharon’s four-legged babies last year at Pin Oak 2021, both dogs and horses! Since then, Sharon has recently gotten engaged and has had her hands full with many things such as training at the farm where she works, Olde Oaks Farm, wedding planning, as well as being an avid supporter of her fiance Nate Fisher’s cause to raise awareness to “Surviving the Streets”.
If you haven’t had a chance to check this out, go do so, “Surviving the Streets” is an incredible cause that is trying to raise awareness in breaking the Taboo of Mental Health in the First Responder Community. Not only does it raise awareness for suicide prevention but so many other critical things that aren’t typically discussed among First Responders and Military personnel, or people in general. Check out Nate’s Podcast @SurvivingthestreetswithnateĀ where he is able to educate and unlock so many Taboos of Mental Health.
