Meet Lizzy, a bright-shinning, energetic 4-year-old English Cocker Spaniel owned and adored by Nada Wise. Many of our fellow equestrian friends have probably seen this sweet face around the horse shows and are most familiar with Nada herself as she is the Professional Rider and Trainer at Rendezvous Farm in Tomball, TX.

 Lizzy resembles her dad, named Gucci, with her gorgeous liver and white shining coat. He too is an English Cocker Spaniel. Lizzy was born just a few hours away from Houston in Comfort, TX. She was the last puppy left in the litter. Nada shares that from the moment she laid eyes on her she was in awe.

This sweet girl absolutely loves her mom and they have an inseparable bond. When Nada is around, there is never a moment that Lizzy isn’t right next to her looking straight up at her and wiggling uncontrollably. 

Lizzy is a flushing and retrieving dog, she is Nada’s first flush dog, Nada shared how much she loves watching her work. Many of us are familiar with retrieving dogs, which retrieve downed birds. However, a flushing dog is a bird dog trained to locate and flush game birds by provoking them into flight. These dogs differ from pointers as they don’t keep still after locating the bird.

Lizzy’s favorite treats are milk bones.
