Castle Watch is a 12-year-old Hanoverian who lives in Brookshire, TX. There is where 14-year-old rider, Ella, trains at Hunter’s Run Farm with Liza Richardson.

In this day and age, the competition in the Junior Hunters is unparalleled. To be competing let alone qualifying for the shows it takes hard work and extreme dedication. When it comes to this for Ella and Casper, they are no strangers to perseverance.

Casper has actually never been owned by a young rider before, only adult riders, Ella is the first and they went from 2’6” to 3’3” Junior Hunters together in 1 year. Together, the pair practice hunters and some equitation. They have many accomplishments to be so proud of in such a short amount of time. The pair qualified for Jr. Nationals in their first show together in the Juniors. 

Cristiana, Ella’s mom, told us that Castle absolutely adores Ella and always takes care of her. And for a mom, this is something that makes watching your child ride around the ring a TINY bit easier. Castle is described as the perfect gentleman, always professional.
